01Booking

All appointments are booked online. My diary opens 50 days in advance and fills up fast, so book ahead.
Online booking closes 24 hours before each appointment. The times shown online are the only times available.
A card is needed to hold your booking, but nothing is charged when you book. You pay at your appointment.
You’ll get a confirmation email with directions and prep, plus reminders by text and email.

02Changes & cancellations

I need 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full price of the service.
To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.
I understand plans change, but multiple cancellations will mean being removed from my books.

03Arriving

Please be on time: clients more than 10 minutes late will miss their appointment.
The building can be tricky to find, so check the directions on the Location page before you come.
The street door locks at 5pm. For appointments after 5pm, I’ll meet you at the door.

04Before you arrive

Follow the prep in your confirmation email (it’s also on the Services page). A spray tan is 50% my skill and 50% your prep and aftercare.
Arrive with clean, cool skin: no lotion, oil, deodorant, perfume or makeup. They all stop the tan absorbing.
Book nails, waxing, lashes, facials and similar treatments at least 24 hours before your tan.
Remove any previous tan completely before your next appointment.

05Sunburn

I can’t spray sunburnt skin for 6 weeks after the burn.
If you arrive with sunburn, I won’t be able to spray you and the appointment will still be charged.

06Brides

A trial is required for all new bridal clients, booked at least 2 weeks before the wedding.
I don’t spray brides who haven’t done a trial with me.
After your trial I can book your wedding tan personally, even outside the 50-day window.
