02Before you come
Getting here
Finding the studio
- There are two entrances: take the door opposite The Keg, not The Banter Room.
- At the top of the stairs, turn left, then right. I’m in unit 137, the last door on the right, signed “Zero by Zrinka”.
- The street door locks at 5pm. If your appointment is after 5pm, I’ll meet you at the door.
Good to know
Booking
- Books open 50 days ahead and close 24 hours before each appointment. Only the times shown online are available.
- I need 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel; less notice is charged the full price. Use the link in your confirmation email.
- Please be on time: more than 10 minutes late means a missed appointment.
- Arriving with sunburn means I can’t spray you, and the appointment is still charged.
On the day
What to bring
- Dark, loose cotton clothes: joggers and a loose t-shirt. No leggings, sports bras or jeans.
- Open-toe sandals, or closed shoes and an umbrella if it’s raining.
- Your own underwear if you like; disposable is provided.
- Clean, cool skin: no lotion, oil, deodorant, perfume or makeup.
