As a spray tanner, I’m in a unique position to see clients’ skin regularly.

I’m passionate about educating people on the harmful effects of UV, and just as passionate about skin health. I talk to my clients about skin safety, mole detection and the importance of an annual skin check with your healthcare professional.

I am not a dermatologist, but being able to spot moles, lesions or anything concerning on my clients’ skin is hugely important to me.

Your physician can tell whether a mole is cause for concern by:

• doing a thorough examination of your skin
• taking measurements or photos of moles for reference
• if something looks unusual, taking a small sample to examine under a microscope.
